Return & Exchange Policies
- Products once sold cannot be returned.
- Products can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase if there is a defect in the product.
- If the product has been used for cooking, the exchange cannot be processed.
- Any queries or complaints have to be raised through email or phone within 3 days of the receipt of the product.
- If an exchange is processed, the product has to pack in the box that it was received to enable a pickup.
